VisionArc (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide when using our website.

​Welcome to VisionArc (“the App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how VisionArc collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when using our sports camera and AI-assisted video services, including remote camera control, AI auto-tracking, live preview, video recording, local/cloud storage, and device management.

The App does not include payment processing, social networking features, or mandatory account registration. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect (Minimum Necessary Principle)

  • Camera & Microphone Permissions

       Used for connecting to the camera device, live preview, recording video/audio, and capturing photos. Media files are stored locally by default, with optional cloud upload enabled by the user.

  • Storage Permissions

       Used for saving and accessing recorded media, app cache, and configuration files. We do not upload unrelated files from your device.

  • Device Information

       Including device model, operating system version, app version, and device identifiers, used for compatibility troubleshooting and app stability optimization.

  • Network Permissions

       Used for local Wi-Fi connection with the camera device. Cloud storage and uploads are only enabled when the user actively chooses to upload content.

  • Optional Account Information

       Email address or phone number may be collected only for cloud service login purposes. Account registration is optional, and we do not create advertising profiles or perform behavioral tracking.

  • Information We Do NOT Collect

       We do not collect contacts, SMS messages, payment information, call records, or other unnecessary personal data.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

  • Enabling camera connection, AI tracking, recording, preview, and playback

  • Managing local and cloud media files (only when users choose to upload)

  • Troubleshooting, compatibility improvements, and service optimization

  • Improving app performance and user experience

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or unauthorized third-party sharing, except where necessary to provide core services.

3. Storage & Security

  • Local Media

       Media files stored locally remain on the user’s device or camera. Developers do not have access to local media content.

  • Cloud Media

       When users choose to upload files to the cloud, data is encrypted during transmission and storage. Users may delete uploaded content at any time.

  • Device & Log Information

       Temporary logs and device information may be stored locally for troubleshooting purposes. Only anonymized diagnostic data may be stored in the cloud. Local data is removed when the App is uninstalled.

  • Security Measures

       We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission, encrypted storage, and access control protections. User data is never sold.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

  • No Sale of Data

       We do not sell, trade, or provide user data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

  • Necessary Service Providers

       Limited information may be shared with cloud storage or infrastructure providers strictly as required to operate the service. All service providers are subject to confidentiality obligations.

  • Legal Requirements

       We may disclose information if required by law, court order, government request, or when necessary to protect legal rights and safety.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
